“During the Covid 19 pandemic and until there is full unrestricted international travel restored we will only accept bookings from residents within the UK.”
In the event of cancellation more than seven days prior to your planned stay you will be charged for the first night’s accommodation. Should we subsequently let the room for the whole of your planned stay, then the money taken from you will be refunded. In the event of cancellation/non-arrival within seven days of your planned stay, then you will become immediately liable for payment of the total cost of your planned stay. Should we subsequently let the room for any of the nights booked by yourself then we will refund those monies taken to you.
Arrival and check-out times
The latest time for arrival is 8.00 p.m. unless otherwise agreed prior to the booking confirmation.
The check-out time on the day of departure is 10.00 a.m.
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children or pets
Damages and Breakages
Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any valuables or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment
Any data gathered during the course of this booking may be held on computer.
Payment Details :-
Your room will be reserved and held against your card details. However, we only charge against a card in the unlikely event of a cancellation/non-arrival , and only then if we are unable to re-let the room. When we confirm the booking we will require a non-refundable deposit to cover the first night’s accommodation or 25% of the total cost, whichever is the greater. This may be paid by either cheque or by Bank Transfer. Our bank details are :- Santander Bank Account name : Mr & Mrs Gibson T/A Amboseli Lodge Account no: 85371848 Sort code : 090127 The balance will then be payable by either cash or cheque upon your departure.
